Shipping Policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times. Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carriers and customs.

Shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Taxes and duties (Norway). Where applicable, Norwegian VAT is collected at checkout so that eligible orders are delivered without additional customs charges on arrival. Any duties or taxes not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking. A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

Delays & lost parcels. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at info@bilisse.com and we will help resolve it.
